Patriots pull it out 24-20 on MNF

Who would've thought? I mean maybe the Giants, but the Ravens?! Brady getting pressure? The Pats receivers dropping passes?

No it wasn't some Ravens dream, it was this week's Monday Night Football matchup. Brady was 18-38 with an INT and up until 45 seconds of the game, the Patriots were losing.

The Ravens stopped them twice on 4th down, first a stupid timeout by the Ravens and then offsides, then Brady runs it for a 1st down. Another 4th down and holding on the Ravens in the endzone which will cause some controversy.

But in the end, with one last drive to try and win, the Ravens throw a screen pass? Then to top it off a throw down the middle? Oh that gets you yards, to the 45. The problem? 14 seconds left (30 seconds wasted), a hail mary will face the wind, you used your last time out and oh yeah, you have 14 seconds to throw a pass to the endzone 55 yards away, in the wind. Boller does heave it as far as he can and is caught...2 yards short.

The patriots have 4 more chances to lose and it seems as unlikely as when the Patriots put over 50 on the Bills, they have the Steelers, Jets, Dolphins (heh) and Giants left.

What a game and what a team.
